Hello and Thank you so much for your interest into our World Famous Dinner and Show. Here is a step by step process to make the booking and reservation process here at The Jungle easier and more convenient for you.
NOTE : The location of the dinner/ show is very, very hard to find. We have had many problems with drivers trying to find the show. Plus, the show is not open before 6 pm. For this purpose, we always guide each of our guests to our show. If you are driving yourself, we will meet at our office location, and then escort you to the dinner and show.
STEP 1 : CHOOSE THE DATE / TIME / No. OF PERSONS FOR YOUR RESERVATION
The Jungle is open 7 Days a Week, 365 days a Year.. Our Food and Shows are available 7 days a week, but by reservation ONLY.. RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 1 DAY IN ADVANCE.. Our Show and Dinner is only at 7 pm.
Note : Our Dinner Shows start at times mentioned above. We recommend to our guests to arrive early at around 30 to 45 minutes before show time, so you can enjoy your meal and finish most of it before the show will start.. Then also you can enjoy more of the show and not miss out on any of the great action. ( Not required, just suggested.)
Note: If your group is more than 20 adult persons, ask for special promos...

STEP 3 : SET UP YOUR PICK UP AND DROP OFF FROM YOUR HOTEL
The Jungle offers Hotel Pick Up and Drop Off any location on Mactan Island or Cebu City..
MACTAN ISLAND AREA -
IMPORTANT ::: Free Pick up and Drop Off is Jeepney Only / Mactan Island area only, and is minimum of 4 persons. 3 persons, free pick up and drop off is not available.
Pick Up and Drop Off at Hotel or Resort in Mactan Area. One of The Jungle Staff will Pick you up at the lobby or place of your choosing, and return you to your place of choice.
If you are coming on your own, you will be instructed via email where to meet our guide, you will pick him up in your transportation, and he will accompany you to the dinner/show, and then you can drop him back at the same location.
MACTAN ISLAND
* JEEPNEY / NO AC - 1 to 12 persons - Private , no other riders, (above 12 call for pricing ) P 650
* Taxi / WITH AC - 1 to 3 persons P 800
* Van / WITH AC - 1 to 10 persons P 1400
CEBU CITY AREA

The Jungle Restaurant's Hotel Pick Up and Drop Off of The Traditional Philippine Jeepney ( Multi - Cab ).. We do this as part of our theme here, and it's part of the Native Philippine Experience.. Jeepney's are small and designed for Filipino's. Their is no Air Conditioning and has open sides. It is a great experience if you are adventurous. But if you are a large or very tall person, it might not be something you would enjoy..
STEP 4 - PAYMENT AND CONFORMATION AND CANCELLATION
ALL RESERVATIONS WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED BY A DEPOSIT.. IF NO DEPOSIT IS MADE, RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED. A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE DINNER AND SHOW COST IS REQUIRED.
You can make deposits five ways only...
1. Western Union of Money Gram ( outside Philippines )
2. M Luhiller or Cebuana or Palawan ( Inside Philippines )
3. Staff will come to your hotel, or can meet you somewhere here in Mactan Island..
4. Pay Pal
5. Direct deposit to BDO bank account
BALANCE IS DUE AT PICK UP FOR YOUR DINNER AND SHOW

*** We do not accept any more reservations without deposit. A deposit must be made no later than noon the day of your reservation, or it will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
* If you reserve with us, it is your place to check the website and all email correspondence. You will be given specific instruction for your reservation via email. If you decide not to dine with us after your arrival, you will still be charged for your reservation. The meals are prepared, and the staff has been called in.. So if you do not want to dine, then you still have to pay the cancellation fees.
* Two weeks before your reservation - Full refund, minus any money transfer fees.
* One week before your reservation - 25% cancellation fee, plus any money transfer fees.
* Under One week - 50% cancellation fee ( or the deposit ) plus any money transfer fees.
* NO SHOW - No refund of any money paid....
